1. Acceptance of Terms

By installing or using OneProxy, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the extension.

2. Description of Service

OneProxy is a browser extension that provides access to public proxy servers for the purpose of anonymous browsing, bypassing content restrictions, and testing geo-location.

We do not guarantee the speed, availability, or security of the proxy servers provided.

3. User Responsibilities

You agree to use OneProxy only for lawful purposes. You may not:

• Use the extension to violate any local, national, or international laws
• Attempt to harm, overload, or interfere with external systems or websites
• Use the extension in connection with malicious, fraudulent, or unethical activities

4. No Warranty

The service is provided "as is" and "as available", without any warranties or guarantees. We do not warrant that the extension will be error-free, secure, or continuously available.

5. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for any damages or losses arising from the use or inability to use OneProxy.

This includes, but is not limited to, loss of data, service interruption, unauthorized access, or third-party actions.

6. Intellectual Property

All content, code, and branding related to OneProxy are the intellectual property of the developers. You may not modify, reverse engineer, or redistribute the extension without permission.

7. Changes to Service or Terms

We may update or discontinue the extension at any time without notice. We also reserve the right to update these Terms of Service. Continued use after updates means you accept the new terms.

8. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of Vietnam, without regard to conflict of law principles.
